Mr. Kaushik Sobhagchand Shah is a distinguished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director of Leo Dry Fruits & Spices Trading Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Bombay.

With a formidable legacy of over 26 years in the dry fruits and spices trade through his proprietorship K. Sobhagchand Co., Shah brings deep industry expertise and leadership to his role.

He joined Leo Dry Fruits as a Director on January 25, 2022, and was elevated to Chairman & Managing Director effective September 1, 2023.

Under his stewardship, the company has prioritized delivering premium-quality products, reinforcing its reputation for reliability and excellence in both domestic and export markets. His strategic oversight spans financial, marketing, and compliance functions, this has resulted in robust business performance and operational growth for Leo Dry Fruits.

Shah is also a significant equity stakeholder, owning approximately 13–14% of the company's shares—underscoring his deep commitment to its long-term success and value creation and skin in the game.

Since its founding in 2019, Leo Dry Fruits has grown steadily, offering a wide portfolio of spices, dry fruits, grocery items under the "VANDU" and "FRYD" brands. Shah's leadership has been instrumental in steering the company through its SME IPO in early January 2025, marking a major milestone in its evolution.
