Mr. K. Karunanithi, B.E. (Computer Science Engineering), MBA, is a visionary entrepreneur and educationist with over 25 years of transformative leadership in higher education.

As the Founder and Chairman of the SKP Group of Institutions, headquartered in Tiruvannamalai, he has built a premier educational ecosystem which includes engineering, arts & science, law colleges, and schools renowned for academic excellence, world-class infrastructure, industry-centric curriculum, holistic teaching methodology and great faculty.

Driven by a deep commitment to sustainability, Karunanithi has crafted verdant, green campuses that foster creativity and tranquility, while integrating advanced laboratories and world-class facilities to support student-centric teaching.

Beyond academia, Mr. Karunanithi is an accomplished author and patron of Tamil literature. He is a member of both the Tamil Nadu Revolutionary Writers' Association and the Sahitya Akademi and authored the Tamil book "Governarin Helicaptor."
